To send us a Casablanca Fan, Please remove Light, Blade Irons, Blades and Downrods. Double box the fan with padding between the two boxes. Pack the Fan tightly- Do not use bubble wrap or packing peanuts, please use packing paper, place fan upside down in the box. Please include a note with contact information, symptoms and what you are hoping to have done.
