Warranty

All ceiling fans and home lighting fixtures are warrantied via the manufacturer. Fan Man Lighting warranties all Fan Man IT4 components for 1 year from the date of purchase. If your Fan Man component fails during this time, contact us immediately. All other new electronic components/products are warrantied for 30 days.

Return Policy

Fan Man Repair has been selling fan replacement parts for over 30 years. Our experience has shown us that occasionally a part may come from the manufacturer in a defective or non-working condition. We have also found that quite often an electronic component is rendered inoperable by the installer not being careful during installation or not following directions carefully.  Due to the nature of electronic components, we accept returns on an individual basis. If your device is received defective or DOA, return it to us and after we have determined the cause is not due to improper installation we will replace your item.

Due to the nature of electronic components, we will handle all refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except for DOA and elligible warranty covered parts . Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
